5 COURSE HARVEST DINNER with RBC BEER PAIRINGS
presented by Honey Creek Inn.
In our first of many beer dinners hosted at Rockford Brewing Company, we are pleased to be working with the Honey Creek Inn. In addition to the culinary skills of their Chef Michael, we would like to introduce the newest additon to the RBC family, Chef Danielle.
This Harvest Beer Dinner will be a great debut for Chef Danielle, and will provide the attendents with a taste of some of the delicious, farm-to-table creations she will be preparing in our upcoming kitchen!
COURSE 1 –
Obsession Cheese Brûlée with spent grain bread and crostinis,
paired with Comet Obsession – session rye pale ale.
COURSE 2 –
Brewer’s Sugar Candied Confit Boar Belly Lollipop,
paired with Rogue River Brown – award winning English-style brown ale.
COURSE 3 –
Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Braised Short Ribs and a hop/sage beurre blanc,
paired with Paradigm MPA – Michigan pale ale.
COURSE 4 –
Souvide Pastrami and Deconstructed Ratatouille with a radicchio puree,
paired with 2014 Country Ale from bottle – French-style farmhouse ale.
COURSE 5 –
Ice Cream Sandwich- Chocolate Malted Cookie with Hop Ice Cream filling,
paired with Sheehan’s Irish Stout NITRO.
